If you know a little about me you’ll know I have a bit of an Asos… habit, shall we call it? And on one of my thousands of jaunts upon Asos I first came across a little company know as Sass and Belle. Or so I thought they were a little company because I only occasionally stumbled upon their ultra cute items in the Accessories section. I ordered a few and satisfied myself with that. But whilst in London over the holidays I had the shock of my life when I stepped out of the Covent Garden Tube station (after walking the 193 stairs, but boy did this make it worth it) and found myself smack dab in front of a Sass and Belle store. A store.
One of my dream companies, a far and distant dream that only occasionally popped up on Asos, had an entire store. I couldn’t believe my eyes. Of course I dived right in and wanted everything right away. These pictures only slightly convey the cuteness of this little sanctuary to all things feminine, unique, and just a touch sassy.
Be warned. You will spend a lot more than you were prepared for if you’re not careful.
One of the best things about Sass and Belle is that it is gift heaven. I literally walked out with a gift for everyone (and a bunch of gifts for myself, and my future self, more on that later!). There is something in Sass and Belle for everyone in your life; you may think you won’t find something for the men in your life, but look hard enough and the store will surprise. Note: look hard regardless because every nook and cranny is filled with something you don’t expect to find.
It helps of course that the interiors of the store are as cute and laugh inducing as the wonderful items they sell.
Sass and Belle is also perfect for occasion buying, like Christmas (these pictures were taken post Christmas but the Christmas line was still on show, a great time to pick them up for less), or other unseasonal occasions, likes weddings and engagements.
There’s whimsy around every piece in Sass and Belle but they’re also well crafted and quality you can tell immediately will last. Quite simply, I fell further in love with the brand than ever before. Luckily I came home to find that they have an online store () so I can shop to my hearts content from home. Excuse me, I have things to waste money on. Until next time.
